Ordered a tofu curry here 2 days ago and my boyfriend hat the tofu fried noodles. Service was really quick and nice. Food was just mediocre. My extra ordered cauliflower was barely cooked and carrots and potatoes were totally over cooked. It was a lot and could take home another full meal, which was very nice tho. Price was okay ($11 plus $2 for the cauliflower) but I’ve had better food for that value. Location was nothing special, but still clean and organized. Overall an okay experience.

The place may be small but the portions are not, and prices so reasonable, you can bring the whole family including a few strays and walk out smiling, but most important of all, the taste is worth going back for, again and again. Wonderful!

I ordered takeout at 6:10 and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes so I walked over and got there just before 6:20. They put the closed sign up even though they are supposed to close at 7:00 when I walked in she yelled at me saying “we’re closed!!” And I said “I ordered takeout from you just now over the phone” she said “we’re closed, no more food” and turned her back on me. Waste of your time, be careful when you order takeout. Don’t call in

Huge portion. Med-Rare beef Pho (#8) was very good. Suggest take out if you are looking for atmosphere.

Always fast, definitely authentic flavors, and a great place to go for a light and fresh lunch. The decor isn't anything to write home about, but when you get that big plate of bright veggies and noodles placed in front of you, you forget about it right away. The food is definitely the showrunner here. With a good variety of dishes (everything from big stir fry plates to cozy and warm bowls of curry), they'll have something that will fit your mood for that day.

Perfect restaurant, the only regret was no delivery serve.

Small restaurant, food comes quickly, within minutes. Ate here twice and will go again. It may not appeal to all, but I like it. Very plain inside and tables are close. Gets noisy because of the closeness but it's a happy sound of people enjoying this restaurant. Menu lacks many of the dishes offered in some Vietnamese places, but no problem finding something I can eat. Have been back with friends since my first review, and all agree its a good place to go. Food consistently good, quick service and generous portions.

Really good Vietnamese food at extremely fair prices. Does not take reservations and seating is limited so can fill up at times. Small friendly family run restaurant that we enjoy over and over. Fastest service we have ever seen. Order and your meal is in front of you before you can blink.

Nanaimo has some amazing Asian food sources. This is one of the better ones.

Food was good. Exactly as we wanted. Fast and friendly service. Atmosphere isn't fancy or romantic...very blue collar...locals fill the place up. Says a lot when locals go there repeatedly. We love the lemongrass chicken.#29 Hot and sour soup is good too.

Stopped in for lunch while on a road trip. The service was very friendly & efficient. I had the war wonton soup, and my partner had the grilled pork with spring rolls on vermicelli. Both dishes were tasty. My soup had a generous serving of veggies and wontons. We would come here again.

Had chicken curry the first time and spicy chicken with rice the second. Both meals were excellent and the service quick and efficient.

The service was fine but the food here was absolutely terrible. We love Pho but it was really bad and I couldn't even make it through half of it. We will never be back.
